3. Premium Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are billed through Stripe.
  • Plans include the trial shown during checkout.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
  • You can cancel at any time; access continues through the paid period.
  • Refunds are handled case by case. Contact [email protected].

4. Free Tier

Free users can browse the map and basic incident information. Full details, advanced filters, and comments may require Premium. We may offer limited free previews.

5. User Content

Comments are your responsibility. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive worldwide license to display them. You must not post illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or spam content. We may moderate or remove content.

7. Data Accuracy

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee completeness or freedom from error. Data comes from public records and must not be the sole source for safety-critical decisions or legal proceedings.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account in account settings; associated data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
